Start sending only after warmup passes.
Every new inbox warms first, then ramps to its daily limit on a schedule. Warmup keeps running alongside cold sending.

Time spent warming only counts if the inbox comes out of it healthy.
Mail Halo sets the ramp curve and daily limits in EmailBison: a 21-day ramp by default, up to 20 cold sends a day per inbox, with warmup continuing alongside.
Warm first
New inboxes warm before any cold sending.
Ramp on a schedule
Daily limits rise along the ramp curve, and inboxes already ramping are retuned when you change the profile.
Keep warming
Warmup runs alongside cold sending, and a warmup score under your rule flags the inbox.
The report comes with the inbox.
